Elections to the NOK Board of Directors for three-year terms ending in 2027 will be held at the 50th Annual Meeting of NOK Shareholders on September 21, 2024. If you’re interested in having your Board candidacy included within NOK’s Proxy Statement, please submit a completed Board Candidate Packet (link below) no later than May 31, 2024.
