It is with much gratitude for NOK President & CEO Jim Erickson’s years of dedicated service that we write to let
you know of Jim’s announcement of plans to retire. NOK has benefitted greatly under Jim’s leadership, and we
wish he and his family well in this next phase of life. He will be missed.

At this time, the NOK Board of Directors are actively working to fill the vital President and CEO role
within our Corporation and we are committed to facilitating a smooth leadership transition in support of continued
