To increase shareholder participation during a time that is separate from many school-scheduled March Spring Break periods and to maximize available information from completion of 2022’s financial statement audit, NOK’s previously announced March Shareholder Town Hall Meeting has been rescheduled to May 20^th from 10 a.m. to noon AKDT. The Town Hall will be held virtually, via Zoom.
