Elections for the next term of the Natives of Kodiak, Inc. (NOK) Board of Directors—ending in 2028—will take place during the 51st Annual Meeting of NOK Shareholders on September 20, 2025.

To qualify as a candidate, you must:

• Hold one or more shares of Natives of Kodiak, Inc. voting stock.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be willing to complete a drug test and background check.
• Participate in a Clifton Strengths assessment.
