NOK is currently seeking candidate applications from shareholders with interest in serving on the NOK Board of Directors. Candidate applications for the NOK 2022 Special Election are now available by contacting the NOK office and by download HERE. Elections for one (1) person to the NOK Board of Directors for a three-year term ending in 2025 will be held at the 2022 Virtual Special Meeting of Shareholders of Natives of Kodiak, Inc. which will be called to Order on
Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. AKDT. Additional details regarding the livecasted Meeting will be included within the 2022 Special Election Proxy Materials mailing on October 31, 2022. If you are interested in having your Board candidacy included in NOK’s 2022 Virtual Special Meeting Proxy
Statement and Proxy, please submit the following to the NOK office no later than close of business October 7, 2022: Completed Nominee Agreement; Candidate Disclosure Form; Letter of Intent; Nominee Statement; and a Photograph for use within the 2022 Special Election Proxy Statement. If you have any questions about what materials to provide or about serving on the NOK Board of Directors, please contact our office and we’ll be happy to assist you.
