As all 2023 NOK Benefits Trust and Shareholder Permanent Fund Trust distributions are not taxable to beneficiaries, they are not reportable on Form 1099. Please note that NOK will not be mailing 1099s as these distributions do not need to be reported on the beneficiary’s tax return. Please contact us if you have any questions.

An Anchorage Shareholder Services Clinic will be held on Saturday, December 16th from 10:00am to 3:00pm at the Afognak Native Corporation-Alutiiq Center Building, 3909 Arctic Blvd. In addition to onsite shareholder services, there will be a photo booth for family Holiday pictures, Native arts and crafts booths for Holiday shopping, Holiday desserts, appetizers & beverages

NOK’s 49th Annual Shareholders Meeting to be held September 16, 2023 PLEASE NOTE LOCATION CHANGE: to be held at the Kodiak Elks Lodge. 9:00 a.m. Registration/9:30 a.m. Call to Order. A light breakfast and lunch will be served. LIVECAST pre-registration is now open by contacting the NOK office. Registration deadline is 5:00 p.m., September 14th.

No cost AMSEA commercial fishing safety training is now open available for registration. Funding for rural fishermen travel to Kodiak to complete training is also available.  Registration and additional information may be found HERE.

Elections to the NOK Board of Directors for 3 Directors to serve three-year terms ending in 2026 will be held at the 49th Annual Meeting to be held Saturday, September 16th in Kodiak, Alaska and virtually.
