As all 2023 NOK Benefits Trust and Shareholder Permanent Fund Trust distributions are not taxable to beneficiaries, they are not reportable on Form 1099. An Anchorage Shareholder Services Clinic will be held on Saturday, December 16th from 10:00am to 3:00pm at the Afognak Native Corporation-Alutiiq Center Building, 3909 Arctic Blvd. In addition to onsite shareholder services, there will be a photo booth for family Holiday pictures, Native arts and crafts booths for Holiday shopping, Holiday desserts, appetizers & beverages

NOK’s 49th Annual Shareholders Meeting to be held September 16, 2023 PLEASE NOTE LOCATION CHANGE: to be held at the Kodiak Elks Lodge. 9:00 a.m. Registration/9:30 a.m. Call to Order.
