Materials for the 52nd Annual Meeting of Shareholders have been mailed, and Natives of Kodiak shareholders can now access the complete set of proxy materials for the 2026 Board of Directors Election online.
The election materials provide important information about this year’s candidates, voting procedures, proxy options, deadlines, and the Annual Meeting. Shareholders are encouraged to review the materials carefully before submitting their proxy.
Available materials include:
- The 2026 Proxy Statement which includes the notice of annual meeting, candidate biographies and statements, proxy voting instructions, and Annual Meeting information and important election deadlines.
- Blank Proxy Ballot
- 2025 Annual Report
Shareholders may vote their proxy online at NOKvote.com or submit a completed paper proxy. Only the most recently submitted valid proxy will be counted, and shareholders may change their vote at any time before the deadline.
The deadline to submit a proxy is Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Alaska Time.
The 52nd Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the KANA Marketplace in Kodiak. Shareholders may attend in person or online; however, voting at the Annual Meeting will be available in person only.
