Natives of Kodiak is now accepting candidates from shareholders interested in running for a seat on the NOK Board of Directors. Shareholders who are interested in serving on the Board are encouraged to consider this important leadership opportunity and submit a candidate packet. Three seats will be up for election at the 52nd Annual Meeting to be held on September 19, 2026 in Kodiak, Alaska.
Serving on the Board of Directors is a meaningful way to represent the voice of shareholders, help set the strategic direction of NOK, and support the long-term success of the corporation. Board members play a critical role in governance, oversight, and ensuring that decisions are made in the best interest of all shareholders.
Candidate packets are now available and include important information about eligibility requirements, responsibilities, and the nomination process. The deadline to submit candidate materials is May 29, 2026
