Natives of Kodiak (NOK) held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Kodiak, Alaska. During the meeting, shareholders elected three directors to serve three-year terms on the Board of Directors.
The three candidates receiving the highest number of votes were elected to serve three-year terms ending in 2029:
Jeannine Marsh – 16,488.923
Jon Panamaroff – 16,405.513
Leonard Heitman – 13,318.469
Other shareholders who ran for a seat on the board included Michelle Shuravloff-Nelson (11,451.173 votes), Sarah Rastopsoff (10,283.117 votes), Gwendolyn Sargent (8,810.067 votes), and Jonathan Sholl (5,810.022 votes).
Following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors held its organizational meeting and elected the following officers:
