In order to fill a vacant board seat, which will expire in September 2027, the Board is seeking qualified shareholders interested in serving on the NOK Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors of Natives of Kodiak has selected Jon Panamaroff to serve as its new Chairman of the Board.

Natives of Kodiak is pleased to announce that Corey Gronn will be joining the Executive Leadership team as Vice President for Natives of Kodiak. In this role, he will oversee the corporation’s land efforts, cultural initiatives, shareholder benefits, and community engagement.

As all 2023 NOK Benefits Trust and Shareholder Permanent Fund Trust distributions are not taxable to beneficiaries, they are not reportable on Form 1099.
