The Natives of Kodiak, Inc’s Board of Directors has appointed Fred Berestoff to serve as a Board Director, filling a recently vacated position for the remainder of the 2027 term.

Berestoff currently serves as an IT executive and has more than 20 years of leadership experience in technology strategy, governance, and financial oversight within Alaska Native corporations and local government.
